Do parents need to download an app?
No. The portal opens in any phone or computer browser, and parents can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
Does fee money pass through Bitlite?
No. Online payments go straight into the school's own Paystack, Flutterwave or Monnify account.
Can we use our own domain name?
Yes. Every school starts on yourschool.bitlite.net.ng, and we can point your own domain (for example portal.yourschool.com) to it.
Who owns our data?
The school does. Each school has its own separate database; administrators can export records and download a full backup at any time.
We have more than one branch.
One subscription covers all campuses. Each campus works on its own records and head office sees everything.
Does the AI assistant cost extra?
No. A free AI option is built in and needs no account or key. Schools that prefer a paid AI provider can add their own key.
How do we move our existing records?
Send us your existing lists in Excel. We import students, parents and staff and create their logins.
