Bitlite School Portal

These terms apply to schools using Bitlite School Portal, provided by Bitlite Infotech Solutions.

Your data

Each school's records belong to the school and are kept in a separate database. Bitlite Infotech Solutions processes them only to provide the service, does not sell them, and keeps them confidential. Administrators can export records and download a backup at any time.

Accounts and security

The school is responsible for the people it gives access to and for keeping passwords private. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.

Trial and subscription

New schools start with a free trial. After it ends, the subscription is billed per active student per term at the agreed plan price. A school portal may be suspended if fees remain unpaid after reminders; data is kept and access returns when the account is settled.

Payments from parents

Fees paid online by parents go directly to the school's own payment-gateway account. Bitlite Infotech Solutions does not hold school fees.

Acceptable use

The portal must be used lawfully and only for running the school. Do not upload content you have no right to share.
